I have an elderly cat who enjoys staying outside with the farm animals but iv been worried about her when this cold outside. This has been amazing! It was shard for me to understand the settings at first, I didn't understand the instructions. Once I figured it out it's been easy to get it turned on and she loves it. At 14years old she can stay out of the weather and be warm when she doesn't want to come inside. Definitely took some fear and anxiety off my shoulders with her staying outside when she doesn't want to come in.

This is a very nice cat house that we got for our local stray cat for the winter. He doesn’t feel comfortable coming inside with our family dog, and the thought of him being outside in the cold was heartbreaking, so this seemed like a great compromise. It comes with a nice heating pad that is only activated once the weight of the animal has been on it for a few minutes. Our outdoor outlet needs to be fixed, but I was able to run an outdoor extension cord from my garage outlet and it is working perfectly. The house seems to shield the cat from the rain but I also have it under the garage awning to help with moisture. Great solution!
