Shipping Methods and Costs

To ensure fast and reliable deliveries, we partner with cooperative logistics providers. Shipping rates vary based on the shipment type and destination, and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and commence from the shipping date. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Delivery Times

During standard periods, orders are typically dispatched within 10 working days. However, during sales promotion periods, deliveries may take an additional 3 to 5 working days due to increased order volume.

Important Delivery Information

Please consider the following for a smooth delivery process:

  • Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon receipt. Ensure someone is available at the specified shipping address to sign for the delivery.

  • Non-Redirectable Orders: We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated via email and applied automatically at checkout. If you need to return an item purchased during a free shipping promotion, outbound shipping costs (which were free) will not be considered, and standard return shipping fees will apply as per our Return Policy.

Guest Checkout

First-Time Orders

Insurance

We insure each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to the recipient. For gift orders, the person signing for the package confirms receipt and assumes accountability for the items.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and the tracking website via email. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress. Note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes in your country.
